Redwood Empire "Rocket Top" Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey

Ignite your senses with Redwood Empire Rocket Top Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey. Crafted by Redwood Empire Distilling in Graton, Sonoma County, California, this 100-proof (50% ABV) rye, released in batches since 2021, adheres to the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897—distilled in a single season (e.g., Spring 2019 for Batch 004), aged 5 years in 53-gallon American white oak barrels (toasted and charred to level 3), and proofed with Russian River Valley aquifer water. Batch 004, from 68 barrels, features a four-grain mashbill (87% rye, 7% malted barley, 6% wheat, 3% corn), including malted wheat for added finesse, balancing spice with sweetness. Non-chill filtered, it’s a pure expression of Redwood Empire’s craft, with a buttery mouthfeel and vibrant fruit notes. For every bottle sold, a tree is planted, honoring their sustainability mission. Sip it neat for a spicy-fruity kick, with water to soften the heat, or in a Sazerac for a bold twist.
